As I look out my home office window and watch the gale force winds bend the redwood trees farther than I have ever seen before, it hit me that it is REALLY raining out there.
I hadn't noticed really until that moment, because I had been busy working on a couple of new listings, talking with a couple of banks and finishing up a new Buyers Book for an appointment later today. It was also in that moment that I also realized just how much a focused effort on working the real estate business as a BUSINESS can truly make it 'rain' no matter what the pundits are saying. I can honestly say that 2008 is already shaping up to be one of the best years for me and my clients. More leads, more listings, more buyers, more sales, less 'part-timers' and more happy clients.
So just a little shout out to everyone enjoying the weather and to express my gratitude for all the great information sharing that goes on here at activerain.
Now I have to get my gear on and go get wet some more.....
